– Shares new single “Hey Dawn”
– Debut live shows at SXSW this week
– New album ‘Hey Gary, Hey Dawn’ out April 5th on Sacred Bones

Debuting his live show at SXSW this week following a month-long warm-up residency in Austin, Caleb Landry Jones, the enigmatic and multi-talented artist, has announced shared a second single from his fourth album, ‘Hey Gary, Hey Dawn’ on April 5th via Sacred Bones.
Renowned as a multi-instrumentalist, crafting intricate cinematic works that hover on the fringes of prog, Jones breaks new ground with a deliberate focus on live performance for his latest record. Jones has intentionally designed ‘Hey Gary, Hey Dawn’ with the live stage in mind, a previously missing element in his musical career.
The music is Jones’s heaviest to date, and though often reticent about direct influences and resistant to categorisations, he weaves a sonic tapestry that hints at punk and grunge elements within his signature kaleidoscopic symphonies – exemplified on today’s new single.
Destined to be a live favourite, album opener “Hey Dawn” is an enthralling romp of tumbling riffs and explosive energy, taking the classic loud-quiet-loud structure and giving it a signature Caleb Landry Jones surrealist twist. He comments: “Naked, thick and hungry volatile feral whining. I picked it back up in Australia.”
