The Slow Show new album ‘Still Life’

Manchester four-piece, The Slow Show return with their fourth album: ‘Still Life’. Their first LP for 3 years, it’s a record rich in the atmosphere and melody for which they made their name on breakthrough debut ‘White Water’, but also one that sees them pursuing “different sounds, different feelings, different ideas, different processes” says vocalist Rob Goodwin. With songs taking inspiration from the blossoming natural world to the complexity of  relationships, grief and healing, love and loyalty; The Slow Show also take a moment to reflect on the injustices highlighted by the Black Lives Matter movement on “Breathe”. Sweeping, grandiose, moving indie-pop.
