A fabulous show at the Boiler shop, full of energy from the music and charismatic Nadine, throwing shapes, strutting around, giving a hard stare into the crowd as she performed her songs. Nadine was the opposite between songs, friendly, smiling, occasionally sticking her tongue out, looking like she was enjoying her home turf gig. Nadine held the audience the whole way through, totally engaging as she prowled through a set list that included tracks from ‘Filthy Underneath’ and favourites such as ‘Greatest Dancer’. It’s always appreciated by a live audience when a singer gets to show the real power of the voice, Nadine showed us on several occasions. If you get the chance go see her.
