Waverly Drive new single and an EP on the way

Just in case you don’t know, Waverly Drive is the solo project of Phil Galloni. Read all about it then give the second single a listen. There is an EP out on May 10th, titled ‘Push My Luck’ , also the title of the single. It’s a catchy little number. Read some words then get boogying to the single below!

The 3^rd EP Push My Luck, due out May 10, 2024, is an uptempo follow-up to the more muted, mid-tempo previous EP. The driving tracks explore the themes of love, trust, loss, twin flames, through the lens of escapism and surrealism. Second single and title track “Push My Luck” drops onout on April 17th. Phil says, “Push My Luck sort of speaks for itself… the song is about pushing your luck too far, especially with a significant other, and coming to regret it. We often show not only our best sides to our significant others, but also our worst, and this song explores that paradox with the gut hope that it will still work out in the end regardless because of the bond of love.”

Several studio musicians contributed to third EP, including Chris Valentine (Magic Wands), Alex Kyhn (Macy Gray, Family Company), Russ Mitkowski (The Weeknd), Kathrene Gawel (True Vacation), and Gadiel Mencia. Songs written/recorded/mixed by Phil Galloni. Mastered by John Greenham (Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, Angelè).
